The Format:
Monthly Deep Dives (2 hours, virtual)
Momentum Meetings: a space to sharpen ideas, untangle challenges, and move forward with clarity.
Quarterly: In-Person, ½ day, Structured Gatherings
Sandbox Sessions: Reconnect with the humans behind the Zoom squares. Reflect, strategize, and stretch in person. We celebrate wins.
Monthly Peer Calls (1 hour)
In the Chair: one dedicated hour with a fellow member to explore a challenge, test a direction, or get unfiltered feedback.
Slack Community
Keep the current running between sessions: share wins, insights, or requests for backup.
Accountability, Without Policing

Each member is handpicked for both fit and readiness.

The Boat Rockers Application Process
Boat Rockers is a year-long mastermind community for entrepreneurs and change leaders who are ready to grow, be challenged, and support others doing the same. This is a small group (maximum 10 people) built on trust, authenticity, psychological safety, and growth.
What You’re Committing To:
2-hour monthly virtual sessions (specific day/time TBD with cohort)
4 half-day in-person sessions per year in the Ottawa area (travel costs not included)
1 hour per month supporting another member through a peer call
Active participation in our Slack community between sessions
Investment:
$500/month for 12 months ($6000 annual commitment)
We understand life happens. Some accommodations can be made, but this group requires consistent commitment from everyone.

What Happens Next
Our selection process:
