Our approach
Psychologically Proven Methods
Evidence-based, field-tested, and honest about the limits.
Rethinkery's work draws on applied psychology, organizational systems theory, neuroscience, and decades of frontline leadership experience. We use methods because they work, not because they're trendy.
The disciplines we draw on
- Professional Coaching Federation (ICF) practices and credentials, PCC and ACTC
- Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC)
- CliftonStrengths and strengths-based development
- Applied neuroscience for leadership and emotional regulation
- Adult learning theory and experiential pedagogy
- Systems thinking and pattern-level diagnosis
What we don't do
- Personality typing as a substitute for development
- Frameworks that survive the workshop but never make it to Monday
- One-size-fits-all leadership models
- Recommendations not grounded in what we've seen actually work
Why credentials matter
Coaching is an unregulated industry. Credentials (PCC, ACTC, ORSCC) signal that a coach has been observed, evaluated, and held to standards, by a body other than themselves. We invest in those standards because the work is too important not to.
