Authentic Edge - Regina

  • RCMP Heritage Centre 5907 Dewdney Avenue Regina, SK, S4T 0P4 Canada (map)

The Authentic Edge is coming to Regina.

What is The Authentic Edge?

It’s like nothing you’ve experienced before.

A full-day, in-person learning session designed for a small, curated group of the city's top leaders.

This isn't a conference day. There are no keynote speeches, no panels, and no trade-show energy. Instead, you'll experience a deep dive into authenticity as a powerful leadership advantage: what it is (and isn't), how it shapes trust and credibility, and how it influences the quality of your conversations, decisions, and relationships at work and at home.

You'll be guided by Tina Collins and Derek Johnston, two senior practitioners who've spent decades in the real world of leadership, communication, and human behaviour.

Tina is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a background in psychology and a deep grounding in current research on authenticity, trust, and what helps people show up well under pressure. She also brings something that's hard to teach: timing, presence, and a real feel for the room, shaped in part by her experience as a stand-up comedian.

Derek is an Integral Master Coach™ and expert facilitator who's supported hundreds of senior leaders across Canada. He's known for creating psychologically safe rooms where people can think clearly, speak honestly, and leave with tools they can actually use. His passion for music and songwriting shows up in the way he listens, tells stories, and helps people find language that feels genuine.

Together, Tina and Derek deliver a rare combination of research literacy, practical wisdom, and facilitation skills to make a room feel both rigorous and human.

What to expect?

Learning begins even before you arrive. You'll complete a short assessment that generates your Personal Authenticity Profile.

During the day, you'll work with clear frameworks, real scenarios, and hands-on practices—all designed to help you understand authenticity not as a soft skill, but as a strategic advantage that directly impacts how people trust you, follow you, and show up around you.

What will you walk away with?

1) A better understanding and appreciation for you who are, how you show up and how your authenticity influences your life.

2) A robust Authentic Edge Workbook (with pre and post-event work)

3) 90 Days of Authenticity companion book to help you integrate and live more authentically in your personal and professional life.

4) As a graduate of The Authentic Edge, you'll be invited into a growing global community of leaders and coaches who connect regularly to stay current on the latest research, compare notes from the field, and keep practicing what it looks like to show up consistently and intentionally as their true selves.
