Meet The Team

We’re not a bunch of know-it-alls with slide decks and buzzwords.

We’re a global team with lived experience in high-stakes leadership, organizational psychology, military command, conflict mediation, operations, and systems design.

We’ve worked inside the pressure. Led through resistance and helped leaders shift when performance and trust were on the line.

We don’t smooth things over. We go underneath.

We read the subtext. Call out the hidden dynamics. And build systems that actually hold under pressure.

Because culture won’t change until leadership does.

And that’s exactly what we’re here for.

Here’s what we live and lead by:

• Fierce Empathy – We meet people where they are, but we don’t let them stay stuck.

• Radical Candor – No condescension. No sugarcoating. Just objective honesty with practical strategies.

• Diversity of Thought – Different walks, different worlds, same mission: shift the system.

• Systemic Accountability – We don’t individualize what’s structural. We name the real culprits and work from there.

• Real-World Utility – If it doesn’t work on a construction site, a boardroom, or a military base, we don’t use it.

The Rethinkery team is intentionally diverse. We come from different parts of the world, speak in different tongues, and bring lived experience from industries most leadership consultants wouldn’t last a day in.

Our backgrounds span psychology, military, operations, organizational design, conflict resolution, and coaching. We’ve led teams, rebuilt trust in high-pressure situations, and helped leaders make changes when the stakes were real.

What unites us?

A shared obsession with impact—and a deep respect for the courage it takes to lead differently.

We’re not here to polish slides or run icebreakers. We’re here to help you see the hidden systems draining your culture—and shift them from the inside out.

Prioritizing and optimizing human-centred practices is both super productive and profitable.
